What cookies are?
First Party Cookies and Third Party Cookies
Session Cookies and Persistent Cookies
Our site can send session and persistent cookies on your device. While the difference between a first-party cookie and a third-party cookie concerns the person who controls the initial sending of the cookie on your device, the difference between a session cookie and a persistent cookie concerns the different period of time for which a cookie works. Session cookies are cookies that typically last until you close your internet browser. When you end your browser session, the cookie expires. Persistent cookies, as the name itself indicates, are constant cookies and continue to operate after you have closed your browser. FolkClub does not send persistent cookies directly, but uses third-party services that do so.
How to control cookies?
You can check and/or check the cookies as you wish - to find out more, go to aboutcookies.org. You can delete cookies already on your computer and set almost all browsers to block their installation. If you choose this option, however, you will have to manually change some preferences every time you visit the site and it is possible that some services or certain functions are not available.
